Project | 01 Rustan's Commercial. Corporation. POS HW and SW Upgrade

Led the POS hardware and Software upgrade for all store location. These are from Makati, Shangri-la, Gateway, Alabang, Newport, Cebu and Nuvali consisting of 350 POSes. Managed vendors for their deliverables and stakeholders for the project delivery.

Spearhead and led backup IPVPN connection, router HW upgrade, and additional routing configuration for the all store. Using Globe and PLDT IPVPN and a Cisco and WatchGuard router we were able to minimize downtime.

Project | 03 Project | Rustan's Commercial. Corporation. Wi-Fi Full Coverage

Led and managed full Wi-Fi coverage for all stores. I used Ruckus AP and Zone Director to for this project. Customer now can go anywhere inside the store without noticing that their Wi-Fi connection roam. Meaning, Connecting from one AP to another.
